Manila, Philippines – November 21, 2025 — Sicilian Roast, a name synonymous with reliable Italian dining in Manila, is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a significant brand evolution and the launch of its newest location at Molito Lifestyle Center in Alabang. This move expands the brand’s presence to four locations across Metro Manila: Makati (Legazpi Village), San Juan (Santolan Town Plaza), Quezon City (The Arton Strip), and now Alabang.

Founded in 2015 as a modest neighborhood spot for handmade pizzas and hearty comfort food, Sicilian Roast has consistently grown its loyal following. CEO Lorenzo Vega emphasizes that while the brand has refined every part of its operation over the last year, its core promise remains: “We’ve always believed in serving honest food with soul and warmth. Ten years in, it’s still that passion that fuels us.”
A Refined Menu Guided by New Executive Chef
Guiding the kitchen’s evolution is Executive Chef Matt Navarro. With nearly two decades of experience spanning New York’s posh neighborhood spots and international five-star hotels, Chef Navarro brings a wealth of expertise to the brand. His direction grounds the menu in classic Italian flavors, executed with modern technique, and refined to elevate the experience while preserving the brand’s essential comfort and soul.

The Molito branch introduces a completely refreshed menu—soon to be available across all locations—featuring a fine-tuned pasta line-up, an extensive steak menu, and a newly engineered pizza dough. These updated dishes showcase Sicilian Roast’s signature style: refined yet unpretentious, built on bright flavors, generous portions, and a focus on ingredient integrity.
